Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our central distribution warehouse using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
