Osmo Teak Oil 007 is a clear, penetrating decking oil formulated for use on hardwood decking species including Teak, Massaranduba, Bangkirai, Garapa, and other tropical hardwoods. Unlike pigmented decking oils, the clear formula allows the wood to grey naturally over time while still providing the core protection that Osmo's natural oil and wax base delivers — water resistance, dirt resistance, and a microporous finish that won't crack, peel, or flake.
Safe for humans, animals, and plants once dry. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Suitable Timber Species
Teak, Massaranduba, Bangkirai, Garapa, Iroko, and other tropical hardwoods. Resinous species (Larch, Douglas Fir) and pressure-impregnated timbers require a weathering period before application — see application notes below.
Application
- Apply thinly and evenly with a stiff brush or lint-free cloth along the grain
- Two thin coats recommended — allow first coat to dry fully before applying second
- Wood must be clean, dry, and frost-free (max. 20% moisture content)
- Do not thin — product is ready to use
- For large areas, use the Osmo Decking Brush (150mm) for standing application
Coverage
Approximately 8–12m² per litre depending on timber species and surface texture. Rough-sawn or grooved surfaces will absorb more product per m² than smooth surfaces.
Maintenance
Clean regularly with Osmo Decking Cleaner. Recoat with one coat when signs of wear appear — no sanding required.
