Osmo Anti-Slip Decking Oil Clear (430C) is a natural oil-wax finish for exterior wood decking with an integrated anti-slip additive, providing a safer surface underfoot in wet conditions. The clear formula allows the wood to grey naturally over time while delivering Osmo's proven penetrating oil protection against water, dirt, and UV.
Based on natural oils and waxes, it penetrates the wood rather than forming a surface film, so it won't crack, peel, or flake. Suitable for all common decking species including softwood, hardwood, and composite-adjacent timber surfaces.
- Finish: Clear — allows natural greying of the timber
- Anti-slip: Integrated anti-slip additive for safer wet-weather performance
- Coverage: Approx. 8–12 m² per litre (two coats)
- Application: Brush or roller, applied thinly along the grain
- Coats required: 2 coats recommended
- Suitable for: Exterior wood decking, steps, and walkways
- Properties: Microporous, water-repellent, anti-slip, UV-resistant, non-cracking
- Drying time: Approx. 12 hours between coats
