Available In A Range Of Sizes

When it comes to installing fire-resistant doors, it’s essential that all gaps in the frame are properly filled. This helps to stop fire spreading and protects against gas and smoke. To help ensure doors are well-fitted, Blue60 fire-rated packers are available in three sizes, 1mm, 3mm and 5mm.


Semi-rigid with minimal compression, each size of packer has a different coloured stripe running through the middle to help differentiate between thicknesses. Packers can be trimmed and shaped to ensure they fit the required gap exactly.

 

Extensively Tested

Manufactured from a patented, non-combustible material, Blue60 fire-rated packers will not melt or burn away. They’re extensively tested to ensure they meet British safety standards and are able to resist fire for up to 60 minutes.

Packers are tested with timber door sets to BS EN 1634-1 and BS 476 Part 22 standards, ensuring you have a product you can rely on.
